2. Check the oil quantity of each reducer and refuel in time.

3. Pay attention to check whether any parts of the wire rope are loose, broken, or worn. If the wire rope exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be replaced in time.

4. Check the efficiency and clearance of the brake to ensure reliable sensitivity.

5. Check the sensitivity and reliability of each safety device.

6. Check each bolt connection, especially the tower standard section connection bolts. They must be retightened after each use for a period of time.

7. Check whether the pressure plates and clips of each wire rope head are loose and tighten them in time.

The scrapping of wire ropes, drums, pulleys, hooks, etc. should strictly comply with the regulations of GB5144 and GB5972. 8. Check the rods, web rods and welds of each metal component for cracks. Special attention should be paid to the places and parts where the paint peels off. Especially the 45° diagonal stripes of paint peeling off are the most dangerous. The cause must be quickly identified and dealt with in a timely manner. .

9. The connecting bolts and nuts throughout the tower body (including the connection between the foundation section and the chassis), and the connecting pins with diameters greater than Φ20, etc. are all specially made. Under no circumstances are they allowed to be replaced while the tower body is installed. Each bolt must be tightened with two nuts.

10. The performance level of standard section bolts is level 10.9, and the performance level of nuts is level 10 (double nut anti-loosening). The top surface of the bolt head and the top surface of the nut head must have performance level marks, otherwise they are not allowed to be used.

11. The whole machine and metal structure should be rust-removed and spray-painted after each use.

12. Check whether the automatic rate change device of the spreader and the anti-dropping device of the hook are safe and reliable.

13. Observe whether the electrical contacts are oxidized or burned. If there is poor contact, repair or replace it.

14. Each limit switch and button must not malfunction. If the parts are rusty or damaged, they should be replaced in time.

15. The insulation between each electrical switch and the switch board must be good, and its insulation resistance should not be less than 0.5MΩ.

16. Check whether the fastening bolts of each electrical component are loose, and whether cables and other wires are broken. If any, they should be eliminated in time.
